I am an attorney practicing law in Crested Butte, Colorado, with a focus on Real Estate, Land Use and Business law. About a year ago, a realtor contacted me to help negotiate a short sale with Wells Fargo Bank. Since then, I have been presenting information on short sales to local (and region-wide) realtors, and helping many clients navigate the tricky waters of short sales. The principal objective of this blog is to give you accurate information regaring your options, help develop your strategy, implement that strategy and revise as necessary. I am also a CPA, and although I do not practice in that area, this experience helps to provide more clear insight to clients.
