At your first meeting, we will have you fill out a fact sheet about you and your spouse, children, property owned, financial information and other essential information. The more factual information we can gather at the beginning of a divorce case, the better and more informed legal advice we can provide you. With that vital data, we can project possible results, request more information, and customize a plan and strategy to resolve your divorce and the issues related to it.
Personalized Approach
No divorce is the same. Every case has different factors and nuances that prevent a template approach to your case. Income levels, the number and ages of the children, length of marriage, and other aspects of your marriage such as the value of assets and amount of debt, will come into play as your attorney prepares your case.
